Zero carb bulking
A bunch of bodybuilders is abandoning the carb bulking and going all-in on a high-fat diet? Sure, but that’s the problem. If you’re going all in on a fat-based diet, I don’t think you can afford to make any dietary mistakes, my ostarine results.
